Wyll or Halsin get dosed up with some type of sex pollen for a classic fuck-or-die scenario, and Astarion helps them out. It’s completely fine and doesn’t trigger any of his issues with sex or autonomy at all. (This is a lie.)

Could be established relationship or they’re still feeling their way towards something.
