Astarion/Other, Dub-Con with good intentions

Something is wrong with Astarion (poison, bad blood, body manipulation, other) and the vampire acts against the group's interest but especially his own. The only help the gang can provide is in the form of a potion. Either his body fights back or he does in a muddled state. When one option is unavailable they move to the next. Restrained (likely on his front with arms tied or held) his pants are pulled down (bonus if Caretaker preps them) and the bottle is inserted while he begs it to be over.

+ Caretaker having medical/magic knowledge, thinking Halsin/Gale, could be others.
++ If Halsin - verbal praise, If Gale - mid empathy and sass, If other - your choosing.
+++ Potions with a good bottle shape that I have found: Potion of healing (obv), Superior healing (obv), of sleep, antitoxin, remedial potion (flared base!), Elixir of guileful movement (replaces all other effects), Elixir of psychic resistance, Elixir of universal resistance, OR something you made up/your choosing.
++++ Astarion Trauma reaction (likely with an audience too).
