Wyll/Astarion, Gale/Astarion, or Karlach/Astarion; team up after rocky first start

I'd really love to see something where Astarion's first run-in after the Nautiloid crash goes poorly. He's having a rough time, falls in with either an evil-leaning Tav or an origin character of your choosing, they get off on entirely the wrong foot and he attempts the first bite anyway out of desperation. He gets a stake in the chest for his troubles but survives it and is on his own in the middle of a goblin-laden wilderness, injured and half starved.

Cue Wyll, Gale, or Karlach and any additional origin party members you want coming along to find themselves a half-starved vampire who is even more feral with distrust now.

I'd be happy for any of those pairings, but probably my top choice is Wyll/Astarion.

I really like this idea - is there anything else that would make it even more delightful or are you just interested in a bit of pain and suffering for Astarion before things turn around? :)
