Astarion/Any - Astarion can't orgasm

Not that Astarion doesn't WANT to orgasm during sex with his partner, simply that he CAN'T seem to find release no matter how hard they're both trying. Too many years of ignoring and abusing his own body's signals have left his path to completion a dead end.

The growing frustration of wanting to enjoy this with his partner but being unable to. Having to watch his partner come, leaving him pent up and increasingly desperate to feel the same. Each encounter together trying something new only to never make it to the finish line. Having to painstakingly and slowly calm down after he's been so wound up that they both just have to lie there, not touching, until he can stand to be in his own skin again.

After a truly unbearable number of attempts they finally, slowly, painstakingly, figure out what he needs and get him there and he gets to come his goddamn brain out.


(to be clear this isn't that his partner is denying him orgasm, but that he physically can't achieve it even though they both want him to)
