Tav/LI (Astarion/Gale) post Baldur's Gate Tav is dying

She's dying and there's no magic, no potion, devine objects, no vampire bites, turning into gods or anything else that can save her. She has perhaps months left. Tav takes the news gracefully and tries to be greatful that she has here friends and lover for however long she has left.
Her LI is beside himself. Furious. Broken. Tav has fought so hard, saved so many, helped so many and now she is dying and nothing can be done? That is NOT going to happen. She is the one good person, the one good thing in his life and he can't let her go. He contacts their companions who all immediately return as they start looking for a way to save Tav - but just how far are they prepared to go to save her? And can they?
LI: Gale or Astarion - but I'm fine with Halsin too. Lots of hurt/comfort please
n.b. No Durge please. Also Tav never used the tadpoles or anything like that. Her dying can be connected to them in some way.
It'd be interesting if Tav had a faith - her LI isn't in any mood to put his trust in religon
Tav has a bucket list and is trying to be positive - her LI can't stand it
Tav has at least one breakdown admitting she's terrified
There is a lot of arguement between friends and LI about Tav - some remembering Ketheric re Isobel
I'd love to see her LI (and some companions)willing to walk a dark path for her.
Wyll and Karlach find a way to return from Avernus to be with Tav
I'd also love to see her gradually getting weaker and her LI ad friends try to help.
Extra bonus if their allies such as Isobel, tiefings etc all turn up to help Tav because she's helped so many
